• The entire facility at Arctic Sun VR will be dedicated to your party with no other reservations taking place.

• Up to 16 (2 Hour) or 20 (3 Hour) guests included (additional guests are $20/guest).

• Each attendee receives round of play in Arctic Sun VR’s 400 square foot Free-Roam Arena featuring Hero Zone VR, with 4 Players at a time! The guest of honor will be able to play each round with their friends.

• Includes (4) “Standing Premium Arcade VR Stations”, each with access to over 75 different games and experiences.

• Dedicated Party Room with seating for up to 16 guests, and area for gifts and food & drink.

• Your dedicated Party Room is equipped with a Nintendo Switch and a 55” wall mounted TV with access to many games for up to 6 players.

• Party Room access 30 minutes before the start of your party for setup and decoration.

• A party invitation template is included in the confirmation email.

Optional Entertainment Add-ons:

• Extended Free-Roam Arena VR - Access Arctic Sun VR’s 400 square foot Free-Roam Arena and enjoy Hero Zone for the duration of your Premium Arcade VR Party. The number of players in the Free-Roam arena is upgraded from 4 to 6 at a time!

• Racing on BeamNG Drive (4 Seats)*

**Guests must be at least 10 years old and 48" tall to use the Racing Sims.*

Party hosts are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and deserts for their party. Arctic Sun VR has a refrigerator and freezer available for items that need to remain cold or frozen.
