Helicopter & Glacier Dogsled + Knik Glacier Landing
2 hours 2 Landings | See the blue melt pools!
About
The ultimate multi-activity package! Fly over the Knik Glacier and land high in the mountains on a snow-covered glacier to take an authentic dog sled ride with an Iditarod dog team. Sit back and enjoy or stand on the runners and mush the team. Meet the dogs and see how the mushers and dogs live at 4,500 ft elevation. Land on the Knik Glacier beside bright blue melt pools and experience the exposed ice at the lower elevation. Keep an eye out for moose, dall sheep, and bears during the flightseeing portions to and from landing sites.
