Set on a ridge just above the town of Talkeetna, the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge offers majestic views of the tallest peak in North America.
It’s the best of Alaska, outside and in. Outside, we’re at the doorstep for high-energy outdoor adventures in Denali and beyond.
Inside, there’s a crackling fire in a giant river rock fireplace, and a carefully-curated selection of Native art in the gift shop. Award-winning cuisine, the best wine selection in the area, friendly service—and a great night’s sleep!
We offer 3 types of rooms.
Run of house are Guest Lodge Rooms. Located in satellite lodges near the Main Lodge with views of the forest & Alaskan wildlife. Each room comes with two double beds, minifridge, and private bathroom.
Main Lodge Rooms are in the main building with views of the forest & Alaskan wildlife. Each room comes with two queen or 1 king bed, private bathroom, minifridge, and wifi.
Upgraded Rooms are Mountainside rooms offer north-facing views of Denali and the Alaska Range, and have two queen or 1 king bed, private bathroom, minifridge, and wifi.
Free transportation to town and the rail depot is available.
Rate is based on 2 adults sharing a room. Children under 11 stay free. There is a $20/night + tax charge for each additional adult in the room (3rd & 4th).
Rate requires prepurchase. A $200 deposit will lock in your booking, and final payment is due 30 days before travel.
Please note, this lodge is only open seasonally.
