This Alaskan resort, along the Chena River, is close to the airport and all of Fairbanks attractions.
Open seasonally between May 15 and Sep 15, you can select from a Lodge Suite, private cottage, or a river cottage. Rooms come with two queen beds or 1 king bed (Lodge Suites), air conditioner/heater, flat screen TV, complimentary wifi, telephone, coffeemaker, mini fridge, and private bathroom.
Cottages include a sliding door with small patio with chairs and a table, and also have a microwave oven in each unit.
Resort has an onsite gift shop, bar & restaurant. Parking is free.
Courtesy shuttle to & from the airport and train station, please call in advance.
Deposits permitted, we will charge the card on file the balance 30 days prior to travel.

Cancellation
Full refunds are permitted when requested at least 48 hours prior to departure. If you are booking a hotel for a stayover in Fairbanks (overnight between flights) and something happens with your flights, we will need PROOF of delay/cancellation in order to coordinate a waiver for refund with the property. So please keep screen shots of delay messages from the airline app or flight tracking software. These waiver requests MUST be received by Alaska & Yukon Tours not more than 24 hours AFTER your initial hotel stay. We will NOT be able to ask for refund waivers if you submit this information AFTER 24 hours.
