Rates
Our system will reflect our special rate with the hotel, but we will also check for LOWER RATES at the property and advise when we can save you money and use a lower rate.
Payments
We require payment at time of booking. Changes and cancellations are available up to 48 hours prior to arrival (6PM 2 days before), otherwise rate is nonrefundable
Cancellation
Full refunds are permitted when requested at least 48 hours prior to departure. If you are booking a hotel for a stayover in Anchorage (overnight between flights) and something happens with your flights, we will need PROOF of delay/cancellation in order to coordinate a waiver for refund with the property. So please keep screen shots of delay messages from the airline app or flight tracking software. These waiver requests MUST be received by Alaska & Yukon Tours not more than 24 hours AFTER your initial hotel stay. We will NOT be able to ask for refund waivers if you submit this information AFTER 24 hours.
