What to bring
Although Alaskans winter seem cold, don't forget the power behind the sun. It's always a good idea to bring sun protection and sunglasses.
Cancellation
In accordance with industry standards our cancellation policy is as follows:
• A $50 rebooking fee is charged for any tour rebooked within 7 days of tour date.
• You can cancel your tour 30 days prior to your tour date and receive a 95% refund. A 5% administration fee will apply.
• If you cancel within 30-11 days of your tour date we will offer you a 50% refund or a 12-month credit to use on a future tour. A pricing difference may apply to your new tour. If tour is cancelled for weather reasons there will be no refund for rescheduled tours.
• If you cancel within 10 days of your tour date there is no refund. We will offer you a 12-month credit to use on a future tour. A pricing difference may apply to your new tour.
