As we transition from spring to summer, the light in Alaska gets amazing! This tour is for those who want an adventure in light in all its best forms available in the Far North. This professionally led, small group tour is an opportunity to capture the stunning beauty of Alaska – from sunset to sunrise. You’ll receive technical and creative guidance from your guide as you explore the beauty of mountain and coastal landscapes, starting with sunset. As the light fades from dusk to twilight, you will photograph the night sky during a narrow window of darkness, with subjects ranging from the Milky Way to the aurora borealis. As dawn approaches, you will enjoy amazing views at a new location where you capture sunrise. Since you will be out during the margins of the day, the potential for viewing wildlife will be high.
