Cancellation

Gear Rental Cancellation Policy

    Partial refunds are available for cancellations up to 48hrs before rental period begins. Alaska Freediver will retain a 10% Service Fee for cancelled Reservations (equal to 10% of total rental fee).

    Rental fees are nonrefundable if cancellation occurs within 48hrs before scheduled rental.

In the case that Alaska Freediver must cancel a rental due unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.
