Cancellation
Customers will receive a 75% refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour, and a 50% refund if they cancel within 24 hours of departure. A full refund will be issued if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances; cancellations must be made by phone between 6–8 AM or 6–9 PM AST, and no-shows will be charged the full price.
