Cancellation
Tour is 100% refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before the tour date. A refund may be subject to a 3% administrative fee if you request a check refund and your original payment was via credit card. Cancellations 15-29 days prior to your tour date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 14 days of the tour date. Refunds are generally processed immediately, however, it gets very busy during the season and may take up to 14 days. No additional administrative fees for partial refunds.
nWe coordinate all schedules with the cruise ships in Juneau, and we will get you back to the boat on time! But, if your ship runs late, we will move you to the next available departure at no charge.
