Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Under 24 hour cancellation for all activities except for Summer and Winter Ice climbing tours and costs are non refundable.
ICE CLIMBING (Summer and Winter) - Under 24 hour cancellation is non refundable, guests will be partially refunded if canceled 48 hours in advance. Guests will not be refunded for costs incurred within the 48 hour policy.
Weather Cancellation / Reschedule
If weather prohibits the safety of our guests flying we will make efforts to reschedule as soon as possible. If the guest is unable to reschedule at a later time and date we will issue a full refund. Tours will not be canceled until the scheduled departure time, and will be dictated by Alaska Helicopter Tours operating staff, as weather can change by the hour. Tours will only be canceled due to unsafe flying conditions, we will still operate tours rain or shine.
